Spring! Spring! Spring!

Hello everyone and welcome to the blustery month of March.  While spring is definitely on the way, this is the month of drastic daily changing temps in the South.  Freezing one day and full-on springtime the next.  Not my fave as I am an avid gardener and don't much like all the "false spring" events because the plants all bud out and then here comes the next freezing weather event.  Oh, well.  I guess Mother Nature knows best.

In the store I've added a few new items and have also been working on adding items to the Cherry Rose Cottage ebay store.  In the studio, I'm in the process of working on some of my upcycled fashion projects.  Currently I am hand painting and embellishing some skirts that I hope to present to you very soon.  While it is a lengthy process (which I truly enjoy), my goal is to release three or four new items each month until I have a steady selection from which you can choose.  This endeavor has been a long-time dream of mine, and I'm very excited to share these with you.

That's about all the news I have for this month.  St. Patrick's day will be here in a couple of weeks and hopefully the "real" spring will be here before we know it.  Whatever your weather, whether it's winter or spring, I hope you'll come on in and give Cherry Rose Cottage a try.
