The Season of Gratitude
Posted by Cherry Rose Cottage on Nov 1st 2025

Hello friends and welcome to November. It's time to talk turkey. Just kidding, but it is the month of turkey, green bean casserole (or, in my case, squash casserole) and pumpkin pie. As I've noted in my earlier posts this year, it's been a challenging year for me, and I'm so truly thankful to be here writing this message to you. I'm so excited for the holiday season starting with Thanksgiving. I LOVE Thanksgiving. My Thanksgiving is a very traditional one watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade while the Thanksgiving Day feast fills the house with delicious aromas. Then when the parade is over, it's time to watch Home for the Holidays. It's goes right along with the spirit of the day and, even better, always makes me laugh.
No matter what your holiday traditions are, I wish you the most wonderful Thanksgiving and hope you get to spend it with the people you love and treasure. This year has made me very aware that not a moment should be taken for granted. So make the most of your day and then come on over for some shopping after the turkey and pumpkin pie have been put away.
I am so grateful for each of you and thank you so much for being here. May you enjoy a day of celebration and love that fills your heart with joy.
Happy Thanksgiving.
