Return Instructions
We love our customers and always want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item or have a question, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. For items that are eligible for return, you have 30 days to postmark your item for return to us. The 30-day return window begins the day the item is marked delivered on the tracking receipt. For example, if tracking shows the item was delivered on June 16, the return must be postmarked on or before July 16 for a refund to be processed.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Once you contact us regarding your return, we usually respond very quickly, but please allow 24 hours for a response from us. As soon as we have received your return and processed it, we will contact you via the email address you provided to let you know the status of your refund.
Return Window.
For items that are eligible for return, you have 30 days to postmark your item for return to us. The 30-day return window begins the day the item is marked delivered on the tracking receipt. Items that are not eligible for return or refund include clearance items, formal wear and any items that are unable to be returned due to hygienic reasons.
Return Shipping Charges.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Items Eligible for Return -- Condition.
All items returned must be in the same condition as shipped to you for a return to be processed. Items marked final sale, formal wear or clearance items are not eligible for return. This information will be noted clearly on the item detail page in the Returns section of the page. Some items may also be ineligible for return due to hygienic reasons. This information will also be noted on the item detail page in the Returns section.
All returns are inspected carefully upon receipt by Cherry Rose Cottage. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% which will be deducted from any refund given. If Customer requests the item be shipped back to them, Customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the item.
Items Returned After Return Window Expires.
Please do not send an item back to arrive outside the return window without contacting us first. If we receive an item back that falls outside the return window and we have not approved the return, we will be unable to accept the return or process a refund. If Customer wishes the item shipped back to them, Customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for us to reship the item.
Postage Due.
Cherry Rose Cottage does not accept returns that have postage due or shipping charges due. The item will be returned to you by the shipping carrier. Please make sure you have purchased sufficient postage if you need to return your item. In the event we accept a return with postage due and pay the charges, the postage due amount will be deducted from any refund given.
Refund Amount.
All refunds are for the purchase price of item only minus any applicable restocking, order processing or other fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees.
Cherry Rose Cottage reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. If applicable, restocking fees will be deducted from any refund given.
Tracking for Returned Items.
Cherry Rose Cottage can only issue a refund for items we receive back. We strongly recommend that you purchase tracking on items you are returning to us. If the returned item does not have tracking and we do not receive the item back, we will be unable to process your return and issue a refund.
Time to Process Your Refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
International Orders Shipped Via a Freight Forwarder.
Cherry Rose Cottage ships to U.S. customers only and does not process orders or ship to international addresses. If you live outside the United States and use a freight forwarder to deliver your package, Cherry Rose Cottage is not liable for any damage which may occur during the delivery of your package to you or to the freight forwarder. Ordering from Cherry Rose Cottage and shipping to an international address through a freight forwarding company is entirely at the risk of the buyer. Cherry Rose Cottage does not accept returns or issue any form of refund for items shipped internationally through a freight forwarder.
