Cherry Rose Cottage ships to the United States with the exception of the locations listed below.  If you complete an order to be shipped to one of the below locations, your order will be canceled and your money refunded.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.

International Shipping Locations
Cherry Rose Cottage does not sell to international customers or ship to international addresses.  Please see below for further information and our policy regarding purchasing through a freight forwarder.

U.S. Shipping Charges
Cherry Rose Cottage ships via the United States Postal Service.  Items below 16 ounces ship USPS Ground Advantage.  Items 16 ounces and above ship priority mail.  If you wish to upgrade your shipping to another USPS shipping method for an additional cost, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Time.
Cherry Rose Cottage generally ships next business day depending on when your payment clears and order volume. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.  Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be shipped.
 
Shipping Delays.

During times of heavy order volume or during inclement weather conditions in our area, shipping delays may occur.  Any shipping delays will be posted on the banner on our home page.

Shipping Carrier.
Cherry Rose Cottage ships through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using weight-based shipping.  We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail.  For items under 16 oz, default shipping is USPS Ground Advantage. For items 16 oz and above, default shipping is Priority Mail, either calculated using the total order weight or via flat rate envelopes or boxes depending on weight & size of order.  If you wish to upgrade shipping to a different delivery method (via USPS only), please contact us and we will be happy to help you.  Additional charges will apply for upgraded shipping.

Tracking.
All items are shipped with USPS tracking and Customer will receive tracking information via the email provided to us once the order has been processed.   In addition, orders over $150 will be shipped with signature required at delivery.  In these instances, Customer is responsible for signing for the package or having an authorized person receive and sign for the package.

PayPal Shipping Address.
Shipping address must be the address on your PayPal account.  You can add different addresses to your Paypal address book and select the address where you want your package shipped.  If you need assistance adding an address to your PayPal account, please contact PayPal customer service for assistance.

Inaccurate or Incomplete Shipping Address.
Customer is responsible for providing an accurate, working & complete shipping address for delivery of their order. Cherry Rose Cottage is not responsible for items returned to us due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided by Customer. If Customer requests reshipment of an order returned to us as undeliverable, Customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost to have the order redelivered to them.  If Customer wishes to cancel the order, the original shipping cost and order processing fees will be deducted from any refund given.

Changing Shipping Address.
For security purposes, Cherry Rose Cottage is unable to change the shipping address on your order during or after checkout. If you need your order shipped to a different address, please log into your PayPal account and add the address to your address book so that you will be able to select the alternate address as the shipping address at checkout.  If you need help adding an address in PayPal, please contact PayPal customer service for assistance.  Instructions to change the shipping address sent by Customer during the checkout process will not be honored and the order will be canceled.

Refusing a package.
If you refuse a package for any reason, all shipping charges, order processing fees and any additional charges imposed by shipping carrier will be deducted from any refund given once we receive the item back.  If you refuse a package and we do not receive the item back, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Cancellation Window.
We do not accept order cancellations as we ship items very quickly. If Customer contacts us to cancel an order and we are able to do so, a cancellation fee will apply.  Cancellation fee is 3% of order total including shipping & taxes and will be deducted from any refund given.  Cherry Rose Cottage is unable to process an order cancellation once item has been delivered to our shipping provider.  If Customer refuses package and package is returned to us, the original shipping cost, order processing fees and any additional charges imposed by shipping carrier will be deducted from any refund given.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Please make sure your package is delivered to a secure location. Cherry Rose Cottage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms that package has been delivered.

Weight-Based Shipping.
The shipping rates we charge to ship the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full ounce or pound.  Once your order is complete, the weight reflected on each product page is totaled (if you are purchasing multiple items) and the total shipping weight is then used to calculate shipping using the chart above. Packages weighing under 16 ounces are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and packages 16 ounces and above will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Charges Nonrefundable.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of Customer.

Damaged Shipments.
Please contact us immediately if you receive a broken or damaged item. You will be required to send clear photos of damaged or broken item(s) as well as photos of the packing materials in order to receive a refund. Customer is required to retain item & packaging materials until a damage claim has been processed as USPS may require these materials be brought in for inspection.  This is a fairly recent requirement implemented by USPS in order for them to process an insurance claim.  Customer should not discard any part of the packaging or the item until we have processed a damage claim.  If Customer discards all or any portion of the item or packaging and the carrier refuses to process the damage claim, Cherry Rose Cottage will be unable to issue a refund.

Recycled Shipping Materials.
Cherry Rose Cottage is committed to the environment and minimizing waste.  We do sometimes recycle good, clean shipping materials and boxes to ship your order.  We are continually working on sourcing recyclable shipping materials to reduce packaging waste as much as possible.  We hope that you will recycle too!

International Shipping/Freight Forwarding.
Cherry Rose Cottage does not sell to international customers or ship to international addresses.  If you are an international customer and use a freight forwarder to deliver your packages, Cherry Rose Cottage is not liable for any damages which may occur during the delivery of your package to you. Ordering from Cherry Rose Cottage and shipping to an international address through a freight forwarding company is entirely at the risk of buyer.  Cherry Rose Cottage does not accept returns or issue any form of refund for items shipped internationally.
